WEEK 1.

I'm starting up my old "I work out" blog! 
Obviously, I do not expect anyone to read this...
It's more to keep me motivated, and accountable! 
Because the internet can see it... #nopressure

Starting TODAY
I did a Pinterest Workout.
Felt good.
Amped up the rap music (thank you Macklemore) and had a good time.
Nice and sweaty.
Had a great breakfast, healthy healthy
Time for the 'Before picture'!

IT'S ON.
Although, I'm comfortable in my own skin, already..I want to feel better! 
Plus..who doesn't want to look dang sexy? haha. 

I'm planning on taking a 'progress photo' once a month. So, you'll be seein' this chick next month! 
I'm going to try and post at least once a week. Maybe once a day? We'll see. 

I want to remember, though...


Current Weight: Not sayin. hahaha
Goal: 150 LBS
